Privacy Policy

TapReview ("we") provides NFC review cards and a companion iOS app for local businesses.

What we collect

• Business setup info you enter in the app: business name, city, your Google review link, and a manager email address. Stored on our servers (Google Firebase) to run your review page and dashboard.
• Card activity: counts of card taps and button clicks on your review page, and private feedback messages customers choose to send (with optional contact info they provide).
• Subscription status from Apple, via an anonymous token, to activate or deactivate your cards. We never see your payment details — Apple processes all payments.

What we don't do

• We don't sell personal data.
• We don't track customers who tap a card — no ads, no cross-site tracking, no location collection.
• Customers who tap a card can use it without creating any account.

Sharing

Data is processed by Google Firebase (hosting and database) and Apple (subscriptions). We share data only with these processors, or if the law requires it.

Retention & deletion

Business data is kept while your account is active. To delete your business data, use "Start over" in the app or email us and we'll delete it within 30 days.
